Dec. 14--The board of TOT Corp should scrap the "illegal" selection of its new president amid allegations of unfair treatment and bias in the appointment process, according to one of the candidates.

Somkual Bruminhent, a TOT senior executive vice-president, also alluded to special interests within the state agency that had colluded to block a media briefing yesterday where he had planned to reveal details about the appointment system.
