Product Recall: Tofu Products

The following recall has been announced:

- Quong Hop & Co. of South San Francisco, Calif., is expanding its recall of tofu products, which might be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, to include products coded with two additional dates. Listeria is a microorganism that can cause serious or fatal infections in children, the elderly or those with weakened immune systems. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the products, the company said.
